So I went on vacation recently, and I went sun tanning & It started to burn & that went away but soon I started to peel, my skin then has been starting to have white or my normal skin spotting on my chest, little on my arms & my shoulders & I have been putting aloe Vera & Vaseline on it. It looks very unattractive & it s starting to worry me, but I was wondering if that is normal or if I should go to a doctor that s local & check it out?
You seem to have sun burn. The skin become dry, exfoliated and dark. There may be burning and/or itching. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and treatment. Antibitics with mild steroids cream may be applied. Orally antihistaminics like levocetirizine may be taken. If needed steroid in tappering dose may be taken. Avoid soap bath. Avoid exposure to sun. Kkep the area covered by cotton clothes. You may feel better in few days. I hope you got my answer.
Thanks.
