Suggest Treatment For Sun Tan And Dryness On Face

Hello Doctor, I have been fighting with Tan on my face & dry skin (looking so old) for more than 1 year, my skin color is normally in wheatishbrown,I was using some face cream to get face glow, got some positive result, but after stopping applying that cream my face became to earlier, in fact too worst to compare earlier, I met a dermatologist, she suggested depiklen Depigel and I am using that gel for more than six months, but there is no positive result, Please suggest me some face creams / soaps to get face glow and smooth skin.
