Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Bruise On My Hand
About 1 month ago I had my hand smashed between two metal beams at work resulting in a very swollen and bruised hand. Assuming it was broken I went to medical (military navy docs) they stated it was not broken. I still have pain in my pointer finger and a large hard knot on my bone that doesn t seem to be going away, what is this and what should I do about it?

The hard knot could be clotted haematoma with fibrosis. Mysuggestion for you are -
Hot water fomentation, thrombophob ointment along with ibuprofen and trypsin/chymotrypsin to reduce pain swelling.Hand exercises are a must.
