Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Bruised Chin Due To Injury

I tripped and fell flat on my face onto concrete yesterday morning (9:00am-Saturday). My chin and nose took most of the fall. I thought I had broken my nose, but it seems okay. No bleeding, just scraped. My chin is black and blue and swollen. The swelling has gone down considerably now. Slight headache and neckache most of yesterday, but I've felt pretty good today, just sore. Then tonight I vomited twice and still feel a little queezy. After all this time, could I possibly have a concussion? thanks, S
