Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from- Post-Surgical Swelling in?Hydrocele Testes-which is a cystic fluid containing swelling in your father. Treatment- Surgeon needs to examine and assess the cause with study of post-op USG of the testes in your case. Mostly this is due to the post-operative tissue edema of the testicular and scrotal tissues. Another cause would be post -op Hematoma in your father s case,for which its cause needs to be worked out. Reassessment of the cause of this swelling as explained above is needed in your case. Treatment- Would be decided by physical examination and assessment of your father s problem.
