Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Numbness Of Shin, ankles And Hands
Hello my shins and ankles swell up very bad almost every day, and my hands get numb and tingly very often. I m on a diuretic and every doctor I spoke to said it was because I work on my feet for eight hours a day, I was wondering what else this could be?
Hi Welcome to healhcaremagic After going through your query I concluded that you are having swelling feet and ankles. You should investigate yourself for your heart ,thyroid and kidney function test. There is something abnormal so your proper treatment can be done after getting proper investigation. You should keep your limbs elevated in night. Avoid keeping the limb dependent for more time. You are already on diuretics. As you are diabetic your numbness can be due to diabetic neuropathy. Mecobalamin is helpful for in it. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you. Wishing you a good health. Take care.
