Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain In Ear
poked my inner ear with q tip....was sore all day and felt swollen....seemed like a constant humming in ear all day....12 hours later now and there are signs of liquid and minor blood ooze but also relief in pain....what besides seeing doc tomorrow should be done

Hi,
It seems that due to putting q-tip there might be having some injury in external ear producing soreness and boil.
Now boil is burs ted open giving rise blood and liquid which gave relief from pain due to release of pressure.
Clean ear gently and put antibiotic ear drops 3-4 times a day.
Tomorrow consult your doctor and get examined and go for treatment accordingly.
Ok and take care.
