Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Red Splotches On Feet

Hi, I have noticed about three days ago, the tops of both feet are swollen and ankles also, the swelling begins where the toes meet the foot and goes back to, and around the ankles. There are small red splotches from where the toes meet the foot and on up to and around the ankles. There is no pain. I am 58 yrs. old, usually on my feet for about 8 hours a day at work.

Could be an issue with your veins not circulating the blood 100%. It is called venous insufficiency which is very common. I would recommend buying compression stockings to wear which will help circulate the blood and improve the swelling. If it doesn't get better i recommend seeing a podiatrist or vascular doctor. Hope this helps.
