I lost the back part but put the earing back in and now my ear is red slightly swollen and it feels hot. What should I do please help me I don t want my ear to get infected :/
Redness and swelling in the area of pierced ear is suggestive of an infection in the area. You need to be very cautious so as to prevent its further spread . Keep the affected area clean and dry. Wash it with lukewarm water twice a day. Yoh might need to apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin over the affected area twice a day. In case the swelling or pain increases, you will need to see a local doctor since oral antibiotics might be required.
