Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Redness On Lips
I believe I have cheilitis of the lips. I believe it may be caused by my lovebird. I had it in July and I had a parakeet at that time. My lips have been swollen, welts on the corners of my lips and the outer edges of my mouth are red and burning like a case of very chapped lips. Thank you for a reply

Hi. Apply a good moisturizing lip balm frequently. Lips has no sweat or sebaceous glands. Hence, its prone to become dry and chapped. Also, apply honey at night. Take vitamin B complex supplementation for couple of days. Hope it helps
