Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Soreness In The Chest

I was riding in a car with my sister. I got out of my seatbelt to give her parking money and at the same time
She stepped hard on the gas pedal and I went flying and banged my left upper chest against the back of her seat. It has a small swelling area and it is sore. It kills when I cough and blow my nose and when I laugh. Does it seem like I have a cracked or broken rib?
