Suggest Treatment For Swelling Around Anus

hi, few days back I had hard stools and thenafter i feel some swollen little away of my anus. there is no itching, but pain, no bleeding or pus. anyway, the stool is soften now, i am also taking husk powder. Because of the location of it, I have discomfort of sitting and regularly I have to for 12-13 hrs for my job. I am currently using hot stiz bath twice a day. the problem is there for 5-6 days. after stiz bath i felt little improvement. plese suggest how to get rid of it. i have no doctor here around.
