Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Soreness around clitoris and in labia can be due to infection, bartholin gland abscess or cyst or due to severe urinary tract infection.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined internally and confirm the diagnosis.
This will lead to proper treatment and management timely.
Infection , if present, should be treated in time otherwise it spread extensively.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
