Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Ears Caused By An Injury
My 3 year old daughter hit her head over the weekend on a table. Her ear absorbed the impact and began to turn red and swell moderately. It he's been three days and the ear is not red, but it still swollen moderately. The area affected is the upper helix, an area approx. 3/4 inch long. The swelling is not severe but noticeable.
Should I take her to her pediatrician? I do not want to risk a long term deformity.
