Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Food Pipe
my father is 60 years old.He is suffering with a pain in is food pipe. The endoscopy report showed that there is a swelling in the food pipe which is the reason for ache. Doctor has prescribed some medicines and has told to take a proper care. But my father is still having the pain while breathing, sneezing and even when he burps. What can be done to cure the pain.

There can be many reasons for the swelling in the food pipe , like infections , acid reflux etc. Please meet your doctor to find out the cause for the swelling and once that is treated , the pain will subside. Without knowing the cause , it is not advisable to suggest medications for it.
