Hello,

Thank you for asking at HCM.

I went through your history and would like to make suggestions for you as follows:

1. Were I treating you, I would suggest you levocetirizine in double dose in morning and hydroxyzine in the evening for 3-5 days. Hydroxyzine can cause sedation, so as benadryl.

2. Please note that allergic swelling (angioedema) may take 2-3 days to resolve. As you have to go to school day after tomorrow, above treatment will definitely cause good improvement by then.

3. However, if you feel the swelling in increasing, you may need steroids, for which I would suggest you to consult a physician.

Hope above suggestions will be helpful to you.

Should you have any further query, please feel free to ask at HCM.

Wish you the best of the health ahead.

Thank you & Regards.
