Suggest Treatment For Swelling In My Testicles

I have testicles swollen to the size of a water balloon or large grapefruit that as now covered over the penis shaft this was caused by poison ivy, how do I get my swelling down so scrotum sac is back to normal and my penis shaft is now exposed again?

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
This is very rare to have so much swelling of the scrotum by poison ivy as you have explained that has caused a swelling of the size of large grapefruit and the penis also has been been buried.

I would advise you the following:
Rush to the Er as you need injections of the steroids, antihistamine, need a clinical evaluation and examination and surgical incisions if required.
Also need the confirmation of the diagnosis and investigations of the blood and urine and ultrasonography to rule out other problems.
