hi sir could u plz answer my question? I have a question related to swollen testicle
I have a swollen testicle at my left side since 3 yrs ago, due to rubbing on the bed for pleasure, and this is the factual thing I did and since then slowly it grew twice the size of the right side now.So could u plz help me give ideas, plz that would be indeed life long helpful for me..... is that not free of charge?

It is for sure that your habit of rubbing on bed may not have anything to do with swollen testicle.
I am more worried to read your history.
This swelling can be due to 2 reasons and the prognosis is extreme for both.
-This can be just a hydrocele and nothing to worry about as a small surgery will cure this .
-Painless swelling can be cancer too.
-Another least possible reasons can be Hernia, cyst and all.
The best way to get a proper diagnosis is by a clinical examination by a Surgeon, ultrasonography and color doppler study.
Get operated as per the diagnosis.
