About four years ago while getting out of my car I twisted my right testicular and may have testicular torsion. I am 54 and this went away, but comes back about once a year.This time however it happen again, and now my ball sack is the size of a greatfruit, I don't want to have surgery but I am scared.If I do have surgery is it safe? Please is there anything I can do to reduce this swelling? Warm water and ice hasn't help and swelling got worse over night. please respond fast thanks and God bless
