Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain draining black and green from ear is not a normal finding and is a clear cut indication of
ear infection and the swollen and painful
lymph node is also due to infection and as there is swelling in temple, jaw and cheek can be due to infection extending into facial spaces and you will have to take immediate medical attention..
Consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and an Otoscopic examination and swab culture of the discharge will help in confirmation of the cause and treatment can be planned accordingly..
For infection you can be advised to take antibiotics [oral and ear drops], painkillers,
steroids, decongestants and if required
drainage of the pus has to be done..
If required injectable antibiotics and painkillers can be advised..
As of now you can do alternate warm and cool compresses over the effected side and take
Ibuprofen for pain..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
