You are suffering from hurt due to swelling in the labia. You have severe pain. Take care of your hygiene, take bath regularly and keep your private area clean. Do not touch, scratch or pick the area affected. To get relief from pain and reduce inflammation you can take Naproxen or Combiflam, one SOS when needed. Wear soft cotton clothes like skirts and avoid walking for a couple of days, stay at rest.
your symptoms are indicative of Bartholin's cyst. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist, if required it will be drained and antiseptic dressing done. You will be treated with a course of antibiotics (Augmentin) and analgesic. Get it cleaned and antiseptic dressing done on every alternate days for better and faster recovery.
