My lymph node on the right size of my neck is swollen and tender and the one on the left is just tender, even to touch. I've had fatigue and a cough that is producing a lot of flim, variation on color and consistency. As well as a dizzy like symptom but more like my eyes can't keep up. Any ideas
Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query. The swelling in the lymphnode can be because of the respiratory tract infection or any teeth infection. Nothing to be panic, consult a general physician and oral physician and get it evaluated. The dizziness and fatigueness can be because of the anemia. For the infection, you can take a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole. You can take these medicines after consulting the physician. For the weakness you have to get a blood investigations like Hemoglobin, RBC count level to confirm anemia. Later once the diagnosis is confirmed, we can treat accordingly with iron supplements. I hope my answer will help you, take care.
