Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Tragus After Ear Piercing

I just got my tragus pierced on my left ear 6 days ago. It is very swollen and every day the area just gets harder. It hurts ro touch it. Even the left side of my throat is sore, and my left nostril is completely stopped up. When I press on the swollen area, green puss comes out. I am scared that I have an infection, should I go to the doctor?
