General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Poor diet and an inactive lifestyle are the most common causes of bloating.

I recommend using simethicone medication to reduce the bloating.

I also recommend using daily probiotics.

I suggest avoiding food that triggers the symptoms and drinking liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
