Suggest Treatment For Swelling Of Chest Bone

There s a bone right below my chest, right above my stomach that swells up at times. When that happens it causes lots of pain. I hold it and stretch up and press down on it, then it cracks. Then the pain go away. That happens specialy when i bend my head down. It continually happens over and over many times a day. What can cause this and how can I treat it? I was thinking to see a chiropractor. Please Dr. What do you advise?

you may need HRCT CHEST for confirming diagnosis.
Another possibility of rib lesion which can be confirmed by CT.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and Tens may give you relief.
