Hi Welcome to healhcaremagic After going through your query I cancluded that your son is having swelling in left leg but he is not having any pain and fever so I think he may has got some minor injury leading to swelling. You can exclude fracture by x ray of leg. Elevation and active toe movements are helpful in reducing swelling. If pain he can take analgesic such as ibuprofen.
