Suggest Treatment For Swelling On Legs After Traveling
In June I was on a flight to Italy and my legs swelled really badly starting in my feet and travelled above my knees. The swelling went down after a few days as we walked constantly. Ever since we have been back, my legs swell and I am lightheaded and feel like I might lo my balance to the left. I live in a hot and humid state but stay mostly in air conditioning.

you can try to elevate your foot on a pillow while sleeping. also you can apply an elastic bandage on your foot.also try some physio therapy massage.
