Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Hard Bite Mark On Belly Button

I have a bite right next to my belly button that is swollen, red, hard and tender to the touch. I have had it for four to five days with no relief. There is no rash, the skin is not broken, there is no pus or head on it. I do not have a fever either. Not sure what to do.
