Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Calves And Feet

I have had swelling of the feet and calves on both legs for about a week and a half. The skin feels tight and it burns when a try to squat down or rotate my ankles. I am being treated for diabetes II, high blood pressure and high chloresterol. My endocrinologist said I needed to consult my primary care physician, but I haven t had time to wait in the office for 2 hours to see him when he is working.
