Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Cheek And Headache

Yes I fell and was wedged between the sink and the toilet. I passed out for at least 45 timutes when my parents broke into thje bathroom. Three days later I am still experienjceing headacheds, I cant lift one of my eye brows, my cheek is swollen and my jaw hurts to the touch. I am also having difficulty swishing water areound my mouth

Unconsciousness for 45 mins is an indication of CT scan brain which I feel should be done definitely. Also do the following-
Take painkillers like aceclofenac-serratiopeptidase twice daily for 7 days.
Tab coamoxyclav 625 thrice daily for 5 days.
Tab trypsin-chymotrypsin twice daily for 5 days.
Get an X-ray jawbone done.
Consult an ophthalmologist if there is difficult vision in the affected eye.

Get back to me with the reports.
