Hi, I understand your concern. Clitoris ia a very delicate part of vagina-greatly vascular in nature. So slightest of trauma/friction/ itching/infection causes pain & inflammation in the area. * Home care- wash the part gently with warm water, mog it dry & apply betamethasone ointment mixed wit antibiotic ointment & flucanozole ointment ( if there is itching) - Avoid itching, friction. The problem should go within a couple of days.. If not, * A detailed local examination by Gy6necologist will mostly revel the cause. Sometimes investigations with a swab microscopic test/ culture test is needed. After finding the cause, specific treatment would be offered which may contain antibiotic, anti inflammatory ,anti fungal medicines as per need, along with local ointments / vaginal pessaries. Thanks.
