Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Eyes In A Child

My son , 3 1/2 fell straight backward this morning, 9 am, and almost immediately his eye was swollen. He started complaining that his head hurt around 5pm. Eyebrows it praised i have him some infant ibuprofen (what i had on hand) and he said it felt better. He also said it hurts when he jumps. Should i take him in tonight, tomorrow or see what he is like in the morning? Thank you

there might be concussion. it is to be observed as how far eye have been effected, size of pupil is to be noted and other symptoms like vomiting is to be watched.visual acuity is to be recorded.he has to be checked at least tomorrow by eye specialist. report of development during observation is to be informed. fundus examination and detail eye examination is to be done.
