Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Hand

Sir my wife is having a sweet pain in his right hand with swelling from 3 months.this problem was started from a regorus pin in his right hand with swelling before 1 year. I visited to a physician and he told that she is suffering due to lack of calcium and iron and he prescribed medicine for same for 3 months . she got relief at that time in 1 week .but again problem is changed . I have already visited a physotheripst for 1 week but problem is still there. So please guide me sir. Thank you

Dear Sir/Madam,
Thanks for seeking help on your issue; I have gone through your symptoms, and in my opinion, your wife needs a thorough examination of her hand, as this is unlikely that in deficiency she had problem with only her hands, a range of problems from infection to inflammation can cause such symptoms and to see the patient is the most important thing in this instance to understant her complains.
