Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Knee

Hi i am a High School football player and a practice right before our second to last game (October) i jumped and all my force went into my left knee. Right away i could barley walk. The next day it swelled up and the pain wasn t as bad. I limped through the rest of the season with a lot of pain only when i was on it alot, like at games. After the season being off it help and it only started to hurt again once i went snowboarding. Now that im in off season and go snowboarding it started to swell and hurt again but not nearly as much in the first two weeks i hurt it. I haven t gone to the doctor yet because i dont have insurance

Sir your history suggest severe trauma to your knee and this can lead to tear in the internal knee joint structures like miniscus causing constant pain.
Moreover you can damage your ligaments.
if you want to continue sports get yourself examined by knee surgeon snd take timely treatment.
