Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Knee

Hi I woke up this morning with knee pain. I haven t knocked, banged or twisted it and found it painful to get out of bed and weight bear. It was sore to touch and got more swollen throughout the day. Little bit warm to touch. Do you think it could be gout or bursitis?
