Sir, my right knee is very painful. Even the slightest push is terribly painful. Right knee hollow is hard swollen but not painful. The muscles around right knee are sometimes hard and painful. Pl guide whether any kind of treatment is possible. I am based at Nagpur (Maharashtra).
