Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Labia Majora
My pee hole (female) is swollen on one side and hurts when pressure is applied. It is inflamed and looks as though the swollen side is bleeding, however when I try to wipe it off it is still there. What could this be? I know I do not have any STDs. HELP!

Hi, I understand your concern. If you mean to say urethral opening is swollen- You seem to have urethritis -inflammation of urethra . It can be due to - Infective ( STD/ Non STD )/ Viral / Trichomonal vaginitis,/ urethral stone. You need examination by a gynecologist/ investigations ( urine routine & microscopic which will be followed by specific treatment. Till then drink lot of water/ take alkaline mixture ( like Cital over the counter ), maintain local; hygiene.Do not rub/ irritate it. / no sex till it heals.
BUt if you have labia majora ( outer lip of vagina ) swollen, it is swelling ogfbartholin's gland( it's a mucus secreating gland in wall of labia majora.. keeps vagina miost/ c=& healthy ),.. the swelling is due to blockage of the bartholin's duct ( due to thick mucus/ vaginal discharge/ infection of vagina. ). It is having bloo9d discharge.. probably being formed in an abscess. You have to consult a gynecologist for specific treatment with antibiotics/ anti inflammatory drugs/ Surgical drainage if it's an abscess. ) Thanks.
