Suggest Treatment For Swollen Face After Having Omnacortil

I am unable to show my face to my friends and relatives due to face swelling because of omnacortil side effect unable to go out . I was started 120mg because my nephrotic syndrome relapses n now m takeing 60mg . How cn i control my face swelling ??

Swollen face in Nephrotic syndrome may be due to the side effect of omnacortril or due to disease.
Since you have reduced the dose ,so spontaneously you will recover.
When such case visit I prescribe frusemide 40 mg tablet once in the morning with pot klor . Along these drugs , you can take omnacortril ( prednisolone ).
This is ( swelling on face and body ) is the side effect of prednisolone but this is also the treatment of this disease .
So without any hesitation take treatment and don't worry about side effects as once you stop this medicine ,side effects will go.
