Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of swollen feet, my treatment advice is -
1. Apply ice on affected region twice daily.
2. Avoid standing for long periods of time and keep pillows below legs while sleeping.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain and swelling for 5-7 days.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
