Suggest Treatment For Swollen Glands On Neck

Yes , thank you .My grandson has had swollen glands for 5 days , has been swabbed for strep. It came back as strep A. So not getting better so they have him on prescription. Say they will check for Mono in 2 days. Do you think they are on right track

I had gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

He is having swollen glands that is lymph nodes on his neck secondary to throat infection. Yes, the doctors have done a right analysis. Nothing to worry. He will be fine. Once the infection comes down, the glands will settle down.

He will be fine.
