Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lower Back And Pain In Groin Area Post Injury

I feel off a high pull up bar when doing kipping pullups. I landed smack on my right side back (lower) and high part of my butt. My lowerback (butt) was swollen right away and severe pain all the way in to my groin and down my leg. It has been over a month and it still hurts and I cant squat properly without my hip clicking and pain. I also have a lump still on the area i fell. Do I need o give it more time or what do you think?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
Considering your case you have trauma bf 1 month and still the pain is going on. This may be due to two reasons 1. Minor fracture of hip 2. Sprain of hip muscles. In both cases complete rest is required for one month which is not followed.
So you need to be investigated with 1. Xray of right hip anteroposterior and lateral view 2. MRI of right hip . Both investigated gives detail information about bony and soft tissue injury and hence accurate diagnosis. Please consult expert orthopaedic surgeon with report.
