Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lump On Clitoris

Hi. I have a small lump on my clitorus on one side and its quite swollen compared to the other side. I have had it couple of days and it s not really changed. Will it just go on its own? Or does it need to be checked out. I m pretty sure its not an Std. Thanks
