Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Node In The Neck

Hi, I ve had very large, swollen lymph nodes on the right side of my neck for about two years now. One of the first that developed has shrunk & hardened. I am just noticing a new one on the side of my neck that is so large I can actually see it. I ve seen doctors & had blood work done but have yet to be given any reason why this keeps happening. I ve had my lymph nodes measured and one is 2.7cm. I am no experiencing extreme thirst. Do I just have swollen nodes and need to drink more water or is it something else? Not having any answers is upsetting. Thank you.

Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
The chronic lymph node enlargement can be because of many bacterial infections like tuberculosis. Or it can be a non inflammatory lymphadenopathy. Consult a general physician and get an ultrasound and FNAC done. If required you need to get a biopsy done to confirm the diagnosis. I hope I have answered your query. Take care.
