General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be a reactive lymph node due to infection in the nearby draining area. You can start antibiotics empirically preferably Amoxiclav. If there is diagnostic confusion, a fine needle biopsy can be considered.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
