Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Neck

I have had enlarged lymph nodes on both sides of my neck for almost 3 months now, lately however the one on the left side has grown much larger. I went to my doctor, who suggested waiting a week or two to see if there was any further change and then she just said that she's refer me on if there was a worsening or it was unimproved. It has grown a bit larger, and I was just wondering what she could be thinking it might be.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Halo
I would suggest you to consult an ENT specialist as apart from detailed history, nature of neck swelling is to be ascertained. you must get your TLC,DLC, ESR and FNAC of the lesion done and report back then. Is there any h/o contact with TB patient?
Hopefully my answer satisfied your query.
