Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes

I just went to gastrointestinal Dr I m now being treated for hepatic encephalopathy I have stage 4 cirrosis of liver fir several months I break out in hives for no reason. My famiky Dr gave me vertex said probably allergies but I don t think so. I have swollen lymph nodes under both my arm pits and back of my neck. It itches randomly even my checks who should I see about thus. I am 46 and I have had a lump removed about 10 yrs ago negative my mother had breast cancer she died at 49 yr from copd

hello, thanks for your query, axiallary lymphnodes and neck nodes in hepatic encephalopathy could be due to infection in ear, nose nd throat or somewhere else. you need to visit an ent surgeon for farther evaluation with fine needle aspiration cytology. it could be secondary to tuberculosis,hidden growths or simple infections. hope I have answered your query. all the best. take care.
