Suggest Treatment For Swollen Nose, Dizziness And Nausea After An Injury

Yesterday a box fell from the top of my closet an landed on the bridge of my nose.. Very painful and made me see stars for a moment but never passed out. No blood.. It immediately swelled. I iced it for about 20 minutes. Today I am dizzy, nauseous, confused and have a horrible headache.

Hi,

In my opinion, you should consult a doctor and take some medicines. You will need medicines to reduce the swelling. If you are confused, then your doctor may also ask for brain imaging. I do not think that you should neglect this.

Best wishes.
