Suggest Treatment For Swollen Orbicularis Muscle With Numbness

One side of my mouth( the right ) particulary what I think is the orbicularis muscle has been swollen for around a year now. Some days it burns, some days it doesn't but usually after I talk for a long time or smile it will hurt and even feel numb. I Think this is from football where my mouth was being stretched by my mouth piece (I got into the knack of squeezing together my mouth on it) but its been a year and the right side of my mouth looks way more swollen than the left. Any suggestions? Im only 16 and I'm very self conscious so please help me soon
