Suggest Treatment For Swollen Painful Ankle
i went over on my Ankle pretty bad back in January and ever since it swells up after all matches, but it never hurts as much as its hurting today. It keeps pounding and wont stop. I haven t played netball since Saturday and when i do play, i use an ankle strap. R.I.C.E doesn t work either xx
