General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Most probably it can be a superficial fungal infection or allergic reaction following shaving.

As the first line of management, you can apply low potency steroid ointment like Betamethasone for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist, better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
